Where is Oral B toothbrushes made manufactured?

In the US they are manufactured in Iowa City IA, they also have plants in China and Mexico but all toothbrushes sold in the US are made in Iowa City.

This is seemingly untrue as I have found Oral B toothbrushes for sale in US stores that state right on the packaging "made in China."
