How do you use font that you have downloaded?

You copy it to the fonts folder. The details may vary from one computer to another; you have to look for a folder that already contains several font files. For example, in Windows, it might be something like c:\Windows\fonts. Once the font file is there, it is ready to use - the font name should appear in any dropdown list where you select fonts.
