Is there any news about UDC being given the Grade Pay of Rs4200?

govt. doing devide & rule policy other way govt give 4200 gradepay after five year in CCS/CSS cader these worker doing good job to govt. but we are not duing good job.we all servises come in govt service through ssc but govt. favorate emplyees CCS/CSS staff.
