Why are white people annoying?

I'm not saying all but some white children can just sit next to you and just talk and talk for hours. This happened to me once. I was just sitting in McDonalds eatin a double cheese burger and a little girl just came right up to me and started talkin. I'm like don't people teach they kids not to talk to strangers?
