Can dragonflies survive in rain

Well no, not really.

When it begins to rain a dragon fly takes immediate cover as its wings are very delicate and can crunch up. Once it has found a shelter it will make it wings vibrate so that the water droplets will slide off.

So overall the answer is basically no, it can't.
