How do you throw foot soldiers in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles turtles in time?

In "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time," you can throw foot soldiers by first defeating them until they are dizzy. Once they are stunned, move close to them and press the attack button to grab and then press the throw button (often the same as the attack button) to toss them.
