Where is the gondola base in Mysims kingdom?

first you have to go to Torajiro and build the base with the essences then you go

to the tennis court and head upwards until you see a girl Emily and you talk to her and dr.f and torajiro will come and blah blah blah

Ive passed this part so my memory isn't so well i hope that helps though
