Did you change the car's computer, since you're installing a different engine. Also, disconnect the battery for an hour or two, then rehook it. The computer may need to reset. At the coil, you should have battery voltage(positive) when the key is on at the GRN/BLUE wire and you should have a pulsed(flashing) ground at the two other wires when the vehicle is being cranked over. You can check these with a 12 volt test light. If you are missing any of this, then you will have to find out why. The PCM uses input from the crank sensor to provide the pulsed ground and the power comes from the battery junction/fuse box.
