Why did Hollyleaf gave Leafpool the deathberries?

Because Hollyleaf had killed Ashfur, then Leafpool found her fur in his claws, and Hollyleaf didn't want to be found out and driven away. Leafpool knew so Hollyleaf almost forced her to eat them but Leafpool didn't.
