Where is the fuse box on a 2004 Ford Freestar?

The fuse box on a 2004 Ford Freestar is located under the dashboard on the driver's side. To access it, you need to remove the cover panel beneath the steering column. There is also a second fuse box located in the engine compartment, near the battery.
