What will happen if sharks get extinc?

It is extremely unlikely that the shark population will become extinct. If it does, we humans will have much greater problems to deal with . . . shark extinction would come from the disappearance of the food that they must eat. If that happens it will mean that animals on land are in very bad shape, as well.
