How to lose weight at 56 years oldWell if your having trouble with weight at this age then its best for you to exercise on proper equipment. If you are seriously into losing some weight you should visit your local gym and work out three times a week also include a healthy diet. AnswerUnless you are in a wheel chair, then there is absolutely no reason you can't exercise. Heart problems, Diabetes, Arthritis, etc., are not good reasons not to work out at a gym. You can strengthen your arms, chest muscles, back muscles and abs. It's best to talk to your doctor first, then see a good trainer at a gym and let them know what is wrong with you and that you want to lose weight. Weight Watchers is an Excellent place to learn good eating skills.

Often when a person quits smoking they put on weight (giving up one habit for another) and it all boils down to what you put in your mouth. Depression can occur because of it. Even the lack of nicotine for the first year or so in some individuals can cause some depression. Please talk to your doctor about this.

If you have further injuries as good cause not to exercise I'd appreciate it if you could add on to our posts and we'll try to help all we can.
