In 'Hana Kimi' when do Mizuki and Sano finall et together?

In episode 12 Sano kisses Mizuki before she leaves, and Mizuki says that she loves him but he just smiles at her. In the special episode Sano finally says that he loves Mizuki, they are about to kiss but Nakatsu comes yelling at them that they cannot kiss.
