Depending on your height, weight, build and active routines. If you are like me, almost 6 feet, 170 pounds (Scottish, Highly active, with a 38 inch bust, 29 inch waist and 39 hip, then that's more than ideal. If you are about four feet tall and 140 pounds and not active then that number could be lowered. It also gages on what your genetic makeup is. For example, I am of Scottish decent so my body is rather large anyway! Still, I am highly active and a great weight for my stature.
What I want you to take away from this answer is that you can't go by conventional sizes and universal numbers because we are all different and no two booty's are the same!
