Where did plesiosaurs live?

Pterosaurs lived in the late Jurassic Period throughout the end of the Cretaceous Period. They lived in coastal areas where there would be salt water and where they could find fish.They could have been found in America, Africa, Japan, China, Guam, and Germany.
