When a pigeon is dead how do you tell?

When the pigeon in question is dead it will show the usual symptoms of being dead, not alive, including:

• The inability to move, or think.
• The pigeon will not be breathing.
• The pigeon will not have a pulse if you try to listen to its heart beat.
