Losing weight is not that hard. But in today's society there are too many choices that make it hard.

I lost 40 lbs 5 years ago. I have managed to keep it off.

I did it by following weight watches online and using a natural appetite suppressant to curb my hunger while I was losing.

Weight Watchers worked for me because it taught me all about nutrition, healthy choices and portion control. While it was a little expensive, I didn't have to stay with them for long. Once I learned how to use the program I canceled them but continued to use what they taught me.

I also found that while I was losing I was often hungry. That was the only hard part of losing. The use of a natural appetite suppressant worked wonders for me.
