Fast healing or treatment for scratches on face from road?

My check bone has a road burn like scratch on it, i need to know if there is anything else i can do besides keep in clean with wound wash and applying neosprorin to the affected area several times a day? How can i reduce the pink tint to the wound and get it to heal faster?
