Can dogs learn English

Not all dogs understand English, because they have to be taught English. Stray dogs, or dogs that do not know any tricks, do not understand any kind of English (except for their name if they are not stray). It is all a matter if they were taught it or not.

They do not. Yes many dogs are trained and they know what people are saying, by our facial expressions and the tone of our voice. Even though some dogs know what we are saying without having training.
