How you get a job at 12?

Hi my name is Alexandra Vargas and im 12 years old my mom is having problems with paying bills and i want to help so i would really like to baby sit or help out with taking care of kids. i can help after school time i have to talk to my mom about that but it would be really nice if you have somthing that i could help with i really enjoy spendinhg time with kids. i would like to make at least $10.00 an hour this is so i can help my mom so let me know
