How old do you have to be to get your motorcycle license in Georgia?

I live in the state of georgia. A motorcycle licence and a automobile licence are the same with the exception of the restrictions. The age is, you can apply for a permit at the age of 15 to drive an automobile with a licenced driver with you. At the age of 16 you can take the test for a full drivers licence. So the answer is 16.
