Shop At Home- Does not answer the mail, or phone, or email. No they are not. Heaven forbid if you have a problem. You would think you were trying to contact the Pope, while only trying to reach a SAH customer service supervisor. Some products are better than others. I have purchased 3rd party graded coins, which were fine. The opinion was not subjective, it was established by NGC or PCGS. My biggest problem with SAH is an item I purchased and never received just prior to their sale to Jewelry TV from Scripps. I have never received the NGC MS-70 Gold American coin. Nor did I ever receive a refund. The company does not back, cover or otherwise respond to anything the company did before the sell. Others, like myself, never received what they ordered and customer service refuses to let you even speak to a supervisor. Shame on them! Tony
