She is owned by the British buisnessman Joe Lewis, who is based in the Bahamas, and is the third yacht of this name to be owned by him.

Launched in 2007, she was built in Germany and is registered in the Cayman Islands. She serves as Lewis's personal office, and also houses his art collection.
