How does Emily get pregnant in Pretty Little Liars?

Emily tells chole Roland that she became pregnant after sleeping with he ex-boyfriend issac for the first time and left during the summer and went to Philly to hide the pregnancy from her parents the only person that knew was her sister and she was highly disappointed. She said that she had a little baby girl and that the baby was fine so I'm guessing she was put up for adoption.
