What was sacrificed to Poseidon?

First, go to the 'Museum of Olympus' which is next to the restaurant where you get Hercules later on the island. In the museum go to the right where there are statues of the gods. Jump up the the higher middle platform. There is a starfish stuck to Poseidon's face. Get that to sacrifice to Poseidon.
