Is it normal for 11 year old girls to not want to bathe?

Not totally abnormal, many kids of that age just can;t be bothered to bathe, but as they get older realise the importance of keeping clean. You should try to get into a habit of regular bathing, if you don't you'll find yourself losing friends and becoming an outsider
