Was a triceratops smart

Troodon had the largest brain to total body mass ratio of any non avian dinosaur. Because paleontologists determine the intelligence of prehistoric animals based on the brain to body mass ratio, Troodon are considered the smartest known dinosaurs. They are estimated to have a similar amount of intelligence to modern birds.
