Dairy : trying going skim milk or low fat milk. The most not fatty milk will have to be Soy. I personally believe that Soy milk does not taste good, according to me. But in the otherhand is good for you.
Sugars: Just try eating a small proportions, not once a day but maybe once every 2 days to see results.
