How do you rewire a clothesline?

Assuming that your old clothesline was done with eye bolts on one or both ends attach the new wire to the end that has no bolts first. Then loosen the nuts so that the eye of the bolt is extended as far through the cross bar as possible. Then pull the new wire as tight as possible and twist it firmly so that it will not come loose. The next thing to do is use a wrench to tighten the nut until the wire is taught.
