What are your major responsibilities as a cashier?

As a cashier, my major responsibilities include processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic payments, and providing Excellent customer service. I also ensure that the checkout area is clean and organized, assist with inquiries or issues, and maintain knowledge of store promotions and products. Additionally, I may be responsible for balancing the cash register at the end of my shift and reporting any discrepancies.
