How do you remove bulb from Lexus rx300 low beam socket I can't get it out of the socket?

Turn black holder an 1/8 of a turn (pretty tight!) and then it will come off. Then you twist the wire off of it about an 1/8 of a turn. Then there are two wire clips that need to be unsnapped to remove the bulb.
