Where do gomma rays x-rays and ultraviolet rays come from?

They are all different wavelengths of light (photons), the smaller the wavelength

the higher the energy. Radio waves, microwaves are also light.

gamma and x-rays come from nuclear radiation (nuclear fission/fusion)... theoretically it is possible threw other means but we are not there yet.
