What is an island gold card on poptropica?

The "inventory cards" are the cards in your item bag, which are shown for each island.

The "item bag" on the icon bar will display all the items you have acquired for each island in Poptropica, as well as items purchased from the store. Ad-game costumes may appear on other islands than the one on which you won them.
