Where are the spark plugs on the 2000 Toyota Corolla?

You can not see it just by opening the hood.
In 2000 there is a plastic covering on top of the engine, remove it first, by this you will expose 4 spark plug coils, remove 2 nuts that are keeping coil assembly toghether, remove 4 nuts that are holding coils in place (one for each coil), pull coils one by one up. Spark plugs are on the bottom of exposed shafts on the top of the engine.
