Who is Rob in Flip by Martyn Bedford?

Rob is a yellow haired man with spiked hair. He iis in his early to mid twenties and is a former psych evacuee. He used to be Chris and he used to live in England. Rob lives in New Zealand, but Rob visits England and meets Flip (Or Alex since his soul is inside of Flip's body). Rob runs the website where Alex dfinds out what has happened to him.
