Describe a tough problem you recently had to sort out for a customer?

we had recieved complaints to the customer about installation of curtain.

I had go to customer's house and find what was happened.And then, I saw the holder of the rod does not thouroughly screwed

So i screwed it and made an apologize to the customer.
