What does Odysseus display to prove that he is Odysseus in book 21?

In book 21, Odysseus strings his bow, which no other man could do, and shoots an arrow through the handles of a dozen axes.

He also shows his scar to the swineherd Eumaeus and the stockman Philoetius.
