What are the 6 element of computer?

There are more than six components in a computer, but the six main elements are:

Motherboard: The heart--everything connects to the main board.

CPU: The brain--all computations are run through this component

Hard Disk Drive: The storage device--contains all the data on the computer.

RAM: "Random Access Memory"--the data currently being used is off-loaded from the HDD to the RAM.

Video Card: This component drives the monitors that display your information. Performance cards are made for gaming.

Optical Drive- Typically a CD/DVD drive, for reading and/or writing data.
