Do mermaids wear clothes

Mermaids are a mystical creature. They are part human and part fish. They have gills, but can come to the surface and breathe in the air above the ocean.

Their clothing are a tail, mostly with lace or seashells or other accesories. They have some sort of bikini or bra, sometimes made of shells, or seaweed. Sometimes, you'll see pictures of mermaids with seaweed wraps and seashells decorating their arms, fins, tail and hair.

In their hair is usually glitter and strings of pearls. They are known to have seashell necklaces and pet seals. No one has ever proved mermaids are real, but reading and writing stories about mermaids are fun.
