What button is the develop button on Cryptids Island?

Using the DNA analyzer, you have to follow the directions, because the "develop" button is not clearly indicated (it is the only button on the machine itself). You press it when you have removed the X-ray film from the tray and put it in the developer itself. Some players erroneously try to put the Nylon Screen in the developer. It fits, but it doesn't work.
