Who does Tina end up with in glee?

Tina is, at the moment, with Mike Chang(AKA, other asian). They show no signs of ending their relationship due to Tina breaking down in tears saying "I love you, Mike Chang."

She will most likely end the entire series either with Mike, Artie, or alone.
