What can it be if you have if you stay wet down there with a smelly odor?

With an odor most likely an STD or maybe you just sweat alot that can create smell or maybe you have bladder leakage i would deff.talk with an ob or gyn especially if you are young....std can cause infertility and many other complications down the road!
