How can you handle it and what do you do with it?

If you can't handle a dog all you need to go is get a choke chain!

A choke chain is a lead so if your dog is pulling you all you need to do is yank it and you dog will be by your heal.

If that don't work go to a dog session! What I mean by that is you sign up at Dog Training and they teach you how to train your dog like your dog staying at your heal or stay when you dropped something and it smashed!

If you are in a hard situation go to an advice column on the internet and you can type a question and they will give you advice on what to do!
