Why are death rates falling in Kenya?

death rates in Africa are so high because they have little protection against desease. they have no medicine if they get will, which is very likely because they live in squalor (deep poverty) they have little or no protection against the elements ( wind, water, earth and fire) so thy could catcha chill. i hope this helps :)
