What is the word for people's names that fit their character. Authors often name their characters names that seem to fit to that character. Like if someone is stalky their last name might be Stubbs?

I always see people like this. I know this guy who has several bird-like features and his last name is Tweety.

I am just wondering if there is a Word for this. Like onomatopoeia.
