When filling out a job application what does No items correspond to the specified criteria Please select other criteria?

I am having the same problem with Coca Cola's application website.

I filled in all fields. The only thing I am thinking is a glitch in the system or the gaps in employment which require references to verify time laspe and verifciation of actifities during unemployment.

There is no field for this, however. I gave up.
