What is a good price to pay for a used Maytag Atlantis Washer Dryer in very good condition gently used?

Appliances are like furniture they loose their value very quickly. If the washer/dryer is in perfect condition and is not over 5 years old I would not pay any more than 1/5 the value it would cost to buy it new.
