What can be used for guinea pig bedding?

Generally, a few days before Kindling (giving birth) a doe will pull fur from her dewlap, belly & sides to make a soft warm nest for her kits. It's also recommended that she have access to straw or hay to nest in.

If you know the date your doe was bred you can add a nestbox and straw or hay to her cage on about day 26-27. Does generally kindle between 28-31 days & become very intent on building their nests in the days just prior.
