Side effects of ephedrine

Ephedrine can cause rapid heartbeat, nausea, restlessness, headaches and shaking, among a number of other side-effects.

Its name is very similar to ephedrone, which is a very different drug, which produces effects similar to khat. As this question is in the methadone category it's worth mentioning ephedrone in case anyone gets the two drugs mixed up. Ephedrone also causes rapid heartbeat, as well as dilated pupils and slurred speech and euphoria. It is addictive.
