What do zebras need to survive?

They have adapted perfectly to the African plains with big legs for Excellent running speed and knocking a lions block off. They also have a diet of plants which is an easy to find food source. and they live in massive herds and have eyes on the side of their heads so the can see whats coming. They have black and white stripes as lions cannot see too well. and finally all round hearing so they know who following behind.
